Exercise your mind or your body?

Actually the teenagers do not exercise, because the technology is more important for them. In the pandemic the people can not to go, so they prefer stay in home playing videogames or seeing videos. We do not go to school, so we take classes sit down every time and this activity encourages sedentary lifestyle.

When I was to school, I did exercise twice to week, because in the ENSEM, the classmates have studio, in the ESEM have football, basketball, dance and volleyball.
I think that everything is important from our education, because the science encourage be intelligent and know important things as math, language, history, etc. But the sport is important from our healthy, because exist a lot of diseases as obesity and diabetes, too we can know our body.

From me is important the sport, so I would add one hour at finish the classes so that the students can do exercise and I would build best places from do exercise

Our plans for the next days

DAY 4

For these days I would like to rent a car because it would be easier and cheaper to move from one place to another.

The first destination I would like to go to is Cerro de la Bufa, although it is not in the town, it seems to me an attractive place due to its large zip line that has an extension of 840 meters and is 80 meters high at more than which has an accessible price of 200 pesos per person, there is also a package where you can rent a Go Pro camera to take photos or videos of the tour on the zip line at the end of this activity I would like to stay again in a hat to go out at night to a bar to play billiards and thus end my day.

DAY 5

The next day I would like to visit the convent of San Francisco de Asís because it is a tourist place that has a baroque style and from the viceregal period of Mexico in addition to having a beautiful fountain with a bronze statue of the saint of San Francisco de Asís after to finish my visit to the temple I would like to go to the Archaeological Zone of Altavista and La Boquilla to see the palace of the astronomers and the pyramid the staircase of Gamio, I would return to the town of sombrerete to go eat some witches that are shredded meat pies in the restaurant "Brujitas BusSan" which is famous for its good service and affordable prices. When leaving the restaurant I would look for a place where they sell handicrafts and small souvenirs to remember my trip after shopping I would go to the Hotel to pack my things and thus be able to go to the airport

OUR EXPERIENCE AND TIPS

Our trip was a lot of fun, we had problems getting to "Sombrete" because we didn't know where it was, but then we asked for help and we arrived. "Sombrete" is a very beautiful place, the whole town has a historical aspect. The first thing we did when we arrived was to look for a hotel, we found one near the center.

We toured the town during the day and we took many photos, we also went to the "Sierra de Órganos" national park. We walked through the forest for hours, it was exhausting, but we enjoyed it a lot.

                                         Sierra de Órganos

We also visited the historic center, it was very interesting. The people who lived there were very kind to tourists and they explained the history of their town to us with great patience.

We tried the typical food of this place, what we liked the most were some empanadas called "Brujitas", they were very delicious.

We really enjoyed this trip, "Sombrete" is an amazing place and we would visit it again.

TIPS:

  •  The weather is hot, so I recommend wearing light and cool clothing.
  • I recommend staying in hotels near the center, they can be a bit expensive but    their facilities are very good.
  • There are many outdoor attractions, but the national parks are something you definitely have to visit.
  •  The historical centers are also very interesting, if you want to learn about the history of Sombrete and also take beautiful photos, these types of places are perfect.
  • The food is very delicious, but what I would recommend the most are the "Brujitas", they taste very good.
